Hello, and Welcome! I’m Luz Flores, a.k.a Juuni Lee (pen name) writer and creator for Under The Willow Light, an online space dedicated to sharing the novels I’ve worked on over the years, and my continuance journey to spiritual wellness.

Many of the works I’ll be posting here will be anime, and Korean Rom-com inspired novels. My love for writing this genre started with the discovery of the Death Note anime. At the time I found the story to be so clever, smart and original. After a little research, I learned it was adapted from a manga series. This triggered something in me, perhaps inspiration mixed with feelings of “okay, now you’re over-reaching” but that didn’t seem to matter. That’s when I started working on the story “Prodigy”.

My style of writing originated with the idea that stories would be adapted easier into manga if written in a screen play form. I did develop manga pages for it. They are posted in my Juunilee page in DeviantArt.

Jordan is my son, currently a Junior student in High School. He will be under teen blog and will post his own original stories.

We are a family of creative writers and we are here to share our work with the world. It’s been 15 years in the making, and the perfect time is NOW.
